We’re hiring a founders associate to speed up the execution of the team and make sure that we grow even faster. This is the first non-technical hire internally. This is not a chief-of-staff role.
While intense, we believe that working here for 6 months will teach you what you could learn in 3 years at other companies.
This role will likely require 25% travel, to customers all over the world.

Responsibilities:
- Identify key customer segments, devise strategies to work with them, and capture them
- Champion the customer need
- Run core business operations and admin with high accuracy
- Remove product obstacles, work closely with engineers to execute quickly
- Drive product adoption and increase reliability with our customers
- Do simple project management: create and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate with team members to ensure deliverables are met.
